These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Insight Applied LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Insight Applied," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a discovery call, booking a session, or engaging with our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Insight Applied is a coaching and education practice. The work is skill-based, educational, and process-oriented — designed for performance and professional and personal development. It is not a clinical, medical, or therapeutic service. Services are educational and process-based. Outcomes are not guaranteed. Insight Applied does not hold client funds, act as an intermediary, or process payments on behalf of third parties.
Services are available to individuals aged 21 and older. By engaging with Insight Applied, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
A complimentary discovery call of 20 to 30 minutes is required prior to any engagement. The purpose of the discovery call is to confirm mutual compatibility and fit. Insight Applied reserves the right to decline an engagement following the discovery call at its sole discretion.
Sessions are delivered via video conferencing. Engagements are structured as a finite series of 3 to 5 sessions. The exact number of sessions, frequency, and duration are determined together during the discovery call, with flexibility to adjust as the engagement progresses. Available session durations are 60 minutes, 75 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes.
A payment link is sent following each completed session and is due upon receipt. Session rates are as follows: 60-minute sessions are $135 USD, 75-minute sessions are $150 USD, 90-minute sessions are $170 USD, and 120-minute sessions are $220 USD. Sessions are billed individually after they occur. There is no autobilling, subscriptions or deposits.
Insight Applied reserves the right to update session rates at any time. Rate changes will not apply to sessions already confirmed. Clients will be notified of any rate changes prior to booking future sessions.
A strict 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all confirmed sessions. Sessions cancelled or missed within the 48-hour window prior to the scheduled appointment are to be paid at the full session rate and are due upon receipt of the payment link. Charges resulting from documented no-shows within the cancellation window remain payable in full per these Terms. Rescheduling requests made outside the 48-hour window will be accommodated where availability permits but cannot be guaranteed.
Insight Applied treats all client information as confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
Sessions are not recorded by default. Any recording requires explicit written consent from all parties prior to the session.
Insight Applied's services are educational in nature. Results may vary and are not guaranteed. Insight Applied LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
Insight Applied reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you have been referred by an existing or former client, or if you have a close personal, professional, or familial relationship with someone who is or has been a client of this practice, this must be disclosed prior to or at the discovery call. Disclosure allows for an informed assessment of whether the engagement is appropriate. Insight Applied reserves the right to decline an engagement where a conflict of interest is identified, without obligation to provide explanation. Confidentiality of all existing and former clients is maintained absolutely and is not affected by any referral relationship.
