This policy applies to all sessions booked with Insight Applied LLC. By booking a session or requesting a discovery call, you agree to the terms set out below.
Sessions are billed individually after they occur via a secure payment link. Payment is due upon receipt. There is no autobilling, subscriptions or deposits. Session rates are as follows: 60-minute sessions are $135 USD, 75-minute sessions are $150 USD, 90-minute sessions are $170 USD, and 120-minute sessions are $220 USD.
A strict 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all confirmed sessions. To cancel or reschedule a session without charge, notice must be provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Charges resulting from documented no-shows within the 48-hour window remain payable in full per Terms of Service.
Rescheduling requests made outside the 48-hour window will be accommodated where availability permits. Due to limited availability, rescheduling cannot always be guaranteed. Rescheduling requests made within the 48-hour window are treated as cancellations and are subject to the full session rate.
No refunds are issued on completed sessions. Billing disputes are handled directly — please contact support@insight-applied.com before initiating any payment dispute. In the event of a billing error, please contact us within 7 days.
Discovery calls are complimentary and are not subject to any charge.
